Guarantee on arrival (DOA)

If your item arrives damaged or does not work, contact us at sav@baseus-shop.co.uk within 7 days of receiving the order.

Warrantie

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, the product warranty is one year from the date of purchase.
Within one year of the date of purchase, buyers can return the products for free repair. Buyers pay the delivery costs for sending the repaired product, while we pay the shipping costs for sending the repaired product to the buyer.

If the customer has obtained an exchange and / or returns a replacement product, without the need to return the product, the customer cannot request a refund for the product.

 

Warranty Exemptions

The purchaser must pay us the cost of resending before the product is authorized for repair. Degradation of the product through wear, as well as breakage during use, are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by the warranty.

Note: If the buyer has damaged the product (s), the guarantee of the product (s) will be immediately canceled. No compensation is possible in such cases. However, customers are welcome to contact us for the purchase of spare parts (if applicable). We charge the original value of the components and the shipping costs to ship them.
All products undergo strict quality controls before shipment.

 

How to request the application of a warranty (return, repair)

Please follow the following warranty procedure:

1. Please describe the problem with your product in detail (what happened and when?) With your order number and product code (sku number).
2. Please tell us what steps you have already taken to resolve the problem.
3. Please give us the article code indicated on the outer packaging.
4. Please send us videos of faults with good lighting.

PS: Ideally, the deos should be: clear and “concentrated” on the defect, taken in good lighting conditions, and taken at short or medium distance. We will try our best to help you.
